Our ethos is to only sell meat that is raised and looked after the right way.
All our meat is sourced directly from farms in Devon and Somerset. Knowing that our meat is fed on the right diet and grown slowly is essential to us, we only buy from farms that share this philosophy.
Utilising lesser known cuts throughout the anatomy, our expert butcher, Tom finds the perfect cut for your recipe.
Out of respect for the animals; nothing goes to waste. The fats are rendered down and used in baking and cookery. Bones are transformed into nutrient packed bone broth which is available to buy in store.
Each Sunday from 12pm, our butchery team cook a gourmet organic roast dinner, served in a box to takeaway. We select a variety of joints from our counter, cook them in house and accompany with veggies and all the trimmings. We provide a vegetarian and gluten free options.
